For an existing frame, provide its dimensions, material and condition, plus photographs of the hinge areas. Ask the supplier and installer to confirm compatibility and support. For a new frame, identify the wall opening and the intended fixing conditions.

Is an existing frame automatically reusable?
Its condition, geometry, support and hardware compatibility need review for the selected door.
