Match the arrangement to the project
The catalog lists single, double and unequal double-leaf arrangements. Window layout and impact protection can be reviewed against the intended traffic. Other facing materials appear in the catalog; confirm current availability and the appropriate grade before specifying an alternative.
For carts, provide the largest loaded width and height, approach route, contact height and expected frequency of passage. The word “impact” here describes a traffic-door category; it does not establish a hurricane rating. Rubber seals alone do not establish an air-leakage rating.
Buyer questions
What does double-acting mean?
It describes a door that can swing in either direction. Confirm the selected hardware and operating arrangement in the project specification.
Is the observation window glass?
The reference configuration above lists acrylic. Any different glazing must be identified separately in the quotation.
Does one specification apply to every photograph?
Confirm the model and order configuration. A reference image alone does not establish its material grade or dimensions.
What is needed for a quotation?
Send opening width and height, wall thickness, site photographs, quantity, location and the intended traffic. Include any required project standards or documents for review.
